Businesses: Participate in 2011 Holiday Shop Elk Grove

The biggest shopping season is only days away! Are you ready for your shops to be flooded with customers looking for great deals, one-of-a-kind gifts and more?

Kicking off on BLACK FRIDAY (countdown clock), the Think, Shop, Live Elk Grove committee will host the Holiday Shop Elk Grove program to help drive traffic to your shops during the holiday season.

Sign up for the campaign and you will receive:

  • Free promotion in media
  • New clientele
  • Recognition for community involvement
  • Support of local commerce

Here’s how it works!

Think Shop Live Elk Grove logoThink, Shop, Live Elk Grove Committee will provide:

  • Advertisements to promote the campaign and participating merchants - including weekly advertisements in the Elk Grove Citizen, Laguna Citizen and online via the Think, Shop, Live Elk Grove website and social media sites.

  • Official entry forms, entry stockings and directions for consumers.

Participating merchants and home-based businesses will provide:

  • Silver Level Prize* - Equal to consumer value of $50.00 or more.
    Participating merchants will provide one (1) prize equal to consumer value of at least $50.00. Business name included on Think, Shop, Live Elk Grove website participation list and local newspaper.

-OR-

  • Gold Level Prize* - Equal to consumer retail value of $250.00 or more.
    Participating merchants will provide one (1) prize with retail value of at least $250.00. Business name AND logo included on Think, Shop, Live Elk Grove website participation list and your logo included in the local newspaper.

*Prize must be a physical item, service or gift certificate with no purchase necessary to redeem.

Participating merchants and home-based businesses will agree to:

  • Display the official entry stocking and distribute forms for consumer sign up from November 25 - December 18, 2011.

  • Deliver your prize to Elk Grove Chamber of Commerce, 9370 Studio Court, Suite 110, Elk Grove, by December 9, 2011.

  • Draw and submit from your entry stocking FIVE (5) completed entries to the Think, Shop, Live Elk Grove Committee via the Chamber office by 10 a.m. on December 19, 2011. Additional drawings for in store promotions are encouraged as well.

  • The “Think Shop Live Elk Grove” theme will be made clear in the presentation and visible inside my business.

  • Give permission to print the name of my business in the promotion of Holiday Shop Elk Grove.
